These terms cover the estimator and the emailed report on this site. Using either means you accept them. They are short because the site is simple.
Lead Credit Check is a free informational tool. You answer four questions about your lead spend and it shows you a rough range of what may be creditable under the lead platform's own published policy, plus how to file the claims yourself. We also sell a paid service that does the filing and appealing for you, and the report says so.

No lead platform publishes the share of leads that qualify for a credit, or the share of claims it approves. Nobody outside those companies knows those numbers, including us. The range you see is a modelled estimate built from your own answers and our reading of the published policies. It is not a prediction, not a quote, and not a promise. Your actual result may be higher, lower, or zero.
Anyone who gives you a precise percentage for this is guessing. We would rather show you a wide range and tell you why it is wide.

Those names are the trademarks of their respective owners and appear here only to identify whose policy is being described, which is nominative fair use. Nothing on this site or in the report is legal, financial, tax, or accounting advice. It is general information about a billing process. Decisions about your business are yours, and if the amounts matter to you, talk to someone qualified and licensed to advise you.
Asking for the report means asking us to email it to you. We will also send occasional emails about the paid service. Every one has an unsubscribe link, and replying “stop” works just as well. We do not send text messages and we do not cold call.

The site is provided as it is, with no guarantee that it will be available, uninterrupted, or error free. It is a free tool and it may change or disappear. We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent the law allows, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or accuracy.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, or missed credits, arising from your use of this site or reliance on the estimate. Since the estimator and report are free, our total liability to you for anything connected with them will not exceed one hundred US dollars.
Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, in which case they apply to you only as far as that jurisdiction allows.
Credit claims expire — commonly 30 days from the date of the charge. We do not file anything on your behalf unless you have bought the paid service and signed a separate agreement for it. Using this estimator does not pause, extend, or preserve any deadline, and we are not responsible for a claim that expires.
We may update these terms. The date at the top will change when we do, and continuing to use the site after that means you accept the new version.
